VSB Seeks Nominations for Annual Wellness Award
If you are a member of the Virginia State Bar and have demonstrated a devotion to wellness and well-being, consider nominating yourself, your colleague, or your group for the Award for Excellence in Wellness and Well-Being in the Legal Profession.
The award is open to all
- Virginia lawyers,
- retired judges,
- bar associations,
- law firms,
- corporate law departments,
- government law departments and agencies,
- law schools, and
- other legal services organizations*
that have demonstrated a commitment to wellness and well-being in the legal profession.
The 2024 award will be presented at the Conference of Local and Specialty Bar Associations Annual Meeting & Breakfast at 7:30 am, on May 31, 2024, in Virginia Beach. This event is part of the VSB Annual Meeting.
Details on the award may be found on the CLSBA website. Entries for the award must be emailed or mailed to Paulette Davidson, VSB coordinator of local & specialty bar relations, by Friday, April 12, 2024.
*Those individuals whose livelihood is derived from delivering wellness services to lawyers, law students, or other legal professionals are ineligible to receive the award.
