Judicial Perspectives on Intellectual Property Discovery - Postponed

March 19, 2020

Due to potential health concerns related to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and out of an abundance of caution, the VSB-IP Section and the Board of the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Federal Bar Association has decided postpone the luncheon originally scheduled for March 19, 2020.  We are working to reschedule at another date and time to be announced. Please know that no registration fee checks have been cashed. Please advise by way of email to whether you would like your check to be: (1) held as payment for the rescheduled luncheon, (2) shredded, or (3) returned to you (with return address).

The Intellectual Property Section of the Virginia State Bar, in conjunction with the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, is pleased to present a luncheon entitled “Judicial Perspectives on Intellectual Property Discovery” at noon on March 19, 2020 at the Norfolk Offices of Kaufman & Canoles.  The presentation features Senior United States District Judge Henry Coke Morgan, Jr. and United States Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Miller, along with veteran IP litigator Stephen E. Noon.  The program has been approved for 1 hour of CLE credit.  Lunch is included in the registration fee.
