Supreme Court of Virginia Amends Rules Governing Appeals
On March 24, 2017, the Supreme Court of Virginia amended the following rules, effective July 1, 2017:
- Rule 5:13(c) regarding Record on Appeal: Preparation and Transmission
- Rule 5:17(a)(1) regarding Petition for Appeal
- Rule 5:21(a)(6) regarding Special Rules Applicable to Certain Appeals of Right
