Justice Thomas P. Mann Investiture to Be Held November 1
The investiture of the Honorable Thomas P. Mann as a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia will be held in the Courtroom of the Supreme Court Building in Richmond on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 3:00 pm.
The investiture will be livestreamed to the public. Those interested in watching the event may find the link to the audio and video of the ceremony on the homepage of the Court’s website: www.vacourts.gov on November 1 at 2:30 p.m.
The Honorable Wesley G. Russell Jr.’s investiture as a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia was held last month, on September 14.
Justice Mann and Justice Russell were elected by the Virginia General Assembly to 12-year terms in June of this year, replacing retiring Justice William C. Mims, and former Chief Justice Donald W. Lemons, who took senior status.
