The Virginia State Bar, an administrative agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia, has an immediate opening for an exceptional customer service-oriented individual to perform daily office operations involving front desk reception; document scanning; mail and package distribution; and supply management. In addition, the coordinator will provide facilities, parking administration, and project support for the HR/Facilities team. This is a highly visible position that requires interfacing with our members, all levels of our organization, vendors and the public. Only individuals with a positive, flexible, and professional “can do” attitude should apply.

The selected candidate will be extremely dependable, detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working with and adapting to new technologies. Additionally, he/she will demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and the abilities to learn quickly, follow directions, take initiative, work independently and as a team, and manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.  Previous work experience in a professional setting handling confidential and sensitive documents is preferred. Some physical exertion required including lifting (30-60 lbs.), bending, squatting, and reaching.  Selected candidate must also complete and pass a criminal background check.
