This year the Conference is largely focusing on economic stability for low-income clients in need of pro bono service. The schedule will include:
Wednesday 10/19
Session 1: 9:45 – 11:15 am (UD Expungements)
Session 2: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm (Criminal Expungements)
LUNCH: 1:00 – 1:30 pm (grab-and-go boxed lunches)
Session 3: 1:30 – 3:00 pm (Tenants Rights: Tenant’s Assertions and Security Deposit Returns)
Session 4: 3:15 – 4:45 pm (Debtors Rights for Generalists)
Joint Reception with VPLC Conference: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Dinner: 6:30 pm
Thursday 10/20
Access Meeting: 9 am (20-25 ppl)
