Effective September 18, 2020, the Supreme Court of Virginia has amended Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 15, Third Year Student Practice Rule.
The amendments to Paragraph 15 (c)(i)(1) and Paragraph 15 (e) extend the certification of a student by the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners from eighteen months to twenty-four months; simplify redundant language; and include an addition of a clarification on the definition of a law student.
