Effective February 29, 2024, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board summarily suspended Joshua Nathaniel DeBold’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The suspension was based on his conviction of a crime in the Circuit Court of Arlington County by final order entered on February 5, 2024. DeBold is ordered to appear before the Board on March 22, 2024, to show cause why his license to practice law in the Commonwealth should not be further suspended or revoked.
