Supreme Court of Virginia Amends Several Rules of Court, Effective Immediately
On May 26th, 2023, the Supreme Court of Virginia amended its Rules to be effective immediately.
The Court amended Rule 2:103 (Objections and Proffers); Part Three A, Form 10 (Contents of Sentencing Orders); and Part Five, Form 11 (Petition for a Writ of Actual Innocence).

On the same day, the Court also amended Rule 5:17A (Petition for Review Pursuant to Code § 8.01-626; Preliminary Injunctions and Interlocutory Immunity Rulings), effective immediately.
