Virginia Legal Aid Award Luncheon
The State Bar’s Access to Legal Services Committee and ALPS will sponsor a luncheon on Friday afternoon featuring the presentation of the annual Virginia Legal Aid Award. Ticketed Event. More info.
Fifty-Year Awards
During the General Session on Saturday morning, the Virginia State Bar will honor those lawyers and judges who have completed fifty years as members in good standing. A special certificate will be presented to commemorate this remarkable milestone. Following the presentation, the Senior Lawyers Conference will host a continental breakfast for the honorees and their families. See a list of recipients.
General Practice Section Tradition of Excellence Award
The section will present its 26th annual award on Saturday morning during the General Session. More info.
VSB Conferences to Sponsor Annual Meetings & Awards
The Conference of Local Bar Associations, the Senior Lawyers Conference and the Young Lawyers Conference will host events for their memberships on Friday, at which time each conference will present special awards to recognize the achievements of their constituents.
Annual Banquet
Friday’s activities will be highlighted by the Annual Banquet following the President’s Reception. Richmond attorney, W. On Saturday morning, the VSB will sponsor the 16th Annual Sand Castle Contest. In addition, the hotels offer a range of activities for your children.
Law in Society Essay Competition
