Reach the statewide legal community in just one weekend!
The Lawyers Expo can provide your company with just that opportunity. The Virginia State Bar, the mandatory bar of Virginia with over 25,000 active members, invites your company to participate in the Lawyers Expo, a marketing opportunity not to be missed. Held in conjunction with the Virginia State Bar’s Annual Meeting each June, the Lawyers Expo provides the opportunity to showcase your product or service to lawyers and judges from across the Commonwealth. What better way to promote your company than in-person — in a relaxed setting!
Held annually at the Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach, the Lawyers Expo is a proven success with attendees and exhibitors alike. With over 575 registered Virginia lawyers and judges, booth space fills up quickly!
In recent years, the Lawyers Expo has been expanded to include a limited number of non-legal vendors. Bar members and their families have delighted in the array of jewelry, antiques, decorative accessories and food items which have become part of the annual event.
Traditionally, the Lawyers Expo is held during the third weekend in June from Thursday to midday Saturday. If you register prior to the early March deadline you will :
- pay a reduced pre-registration fee;
- receive choice booth locations;
- be featured in the Annual Meeting Mailer distributed to over 15,000 bar members;
- be listed in the VSB Annual Meeting Program;
- complete company listing with promotional information included in the Exhibit Guide
- be included in all Expo advertising; and
- be highlighted in Virginia Lawyer — the VSB's magazine with a distribution of 44,000
