Each of them has served the Conference as a member of the Board of Governors during the current term and has actively contributed to the work of the Board. In accordance with the SLC Bylaws, the election shall be held at a business session of the Conference during the Annual Meeting of the SLC at the Virginia State Bar (VSB) Annual Meeting. The date, time and place of the meeting shall be published in the official program of the Annual Meeting of the VSB.
