Trusts and Estates
A Section of the Virginia State Bar.
Organized in 1978
The Trusts and Estates Section promotes the exchange of ideas among lawyers who deal with wills, estates, trusts and related matters. Members are advised on current developments in estate planning and administration through the section newsletter. The section monitors legislation introduced in the General Assembly and provides CLE seminars on topics of interest and concern to the membership.
