The mission of the Litigation Section of the Virginia State Bar is to improve the institutions that forge Neibuhr's compromise on a daily basis in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The section provides some of the resources lawyers and judges need to reach high standards of advocacy and adjudication. This website is one of those resources.
