Quarterly Updates
As a service to the members of the Environmental Law Section, the Virginia State Bar provides this quarterly update. In addition to this quarterly update, members of the Environmental Law Section are welcome to submit original articles or notes on current environmental issues of interest for consideration or inclusion on the Virginia State Bar Environmental Law Section Website. Such items should be submitted as a double-spaced Word file to Catherine Huband at Huband@vsb.org.
