Supreme Court of Virginia Rule changes effective July 1, 2010
Adopted Amendments to Parts 5 and 5A, Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, regarding appellate procedure
(Effective July 1, 2010)
On April 30, 2010, the Supreme Court of Virginia entered amendments to Parts 5 and 5A of its rules governing appellate procedure.
