The Antitrust, Franchise and Trade Regulation Section provides a means to communicate information about antitrust, franchise and trade regulation law to all members of the bar. Members of the section are informed about current developments in this area through the Antitrust, Franchise and Trade Regulation Newsletter, published several times a year. In addition, the section also sponsors continuing legal education programs for its members during the year.
