VIRGINIA UPL OPINION 89

Practice Before Military Courts and Boards on Military Reservations.

It is not the unauthorized practice of law for an attorney not licensed, but living, in Virginia to represent individuals before military courts and boards on military reservations. [See UPC 1-1; Rule 502(d)(3) of the Manual for Courts - Martial (1984)]
