The Special Committee on Access to Legal Services of the Virginia State Bar seeks public comment on proposed amendments it approved on July 28, 2006 to Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 3, of the Rules to broaden opportunities for emeritus members to provide pro bono legal services.
Any individual, business or other entity may file or submit written comments in support of, or in opposition to, the proposed amendments by filing a copy with Thomas A. Edmonds, VSB Executive Director, Virginia State Bar, 707 East Main Street, Suite 1500, Richmond, VA 23219, by Friday,
