Change in Consumer Real Estate Settlement Act (CRESPA) Regulations (From the General Assembly in the 2008 session and approved by VSB Bar Council on June 19, 2008; it is effective July 1, 2008.) posted 7/11/08 

Amendments to MCLE Regulations 104 and 105
Approved by the Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Board on May 19, 2008; effective immediately.

Amendments for Virginia Supreme Court Rules, Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 15, Third Year Student Practice Rule (pdf)

Approved by the Supreme Court of Virginia on October 26, 2007; it is effective immediately.

Amendments to Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia concerning provision of available dates.

Approved by the Supreme Court of Virginia on February 29, 2008; it is effective May 1, 2008.

Amendments to Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia correcting inconsistencies in language dealing with an appeal from a district committee.
