Supreme Court of Virginia to Review Proposed Amendment to Part 6, Sec. IV, Par. 13, Board Proceedings Upon a Guilty Plea or an Adjudication of a Crime
On June 18, 2009, Council approved the proposed amendment, approved by COLD on April 1, 2009, which clarifies the process and burden of proof for a show cause proceeding when a Respondent has either pled guilty, been found guilty or been convicted of a Crime.
