About the Cover
The former First National Bank Building at 823 E. Main St. in Richmond dates from 1913 and is the city’s first skyscraper. The nineteen-story building, recently renovated and now the First National Apartments, is an example of turn-of-the-century Neoclassical Revival architecture.
