About the Cover

The cover photograph, Rhododendron and Tall Trees, was made in 2007 by Hullihen Williams Moore in the Garden Mountain Roadless Area of the Jefferson National Forest. Moore is a former member of the Virginia State Corporation Commission. His photographs are currently on exhibit at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Pauley Center in Richmond and at Richmond International Airport.
