The VSB Executive Committee is seeking comments on a proposal to add e-mail and phone numbers to members’ address of record. Comments are due by August 15 to the VSB offices or publiccomment@vsb.org.
 
On April 8, 2014, the Standing Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law withdrew UPL Opinion 217: Non-Lawyer Acting as Prosecutor in Criminal Contempt Proceeding.  It was presented as a draft opinion on December 10, 2013.

The Standing Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law has withdrawn proposed amendments to UPR 1-101 : Representation before Tribunals.
