COMMENTS SOUGHT ON DISCIPLINARY AMENDMENT  — A proposed amendment that would make a suspension of one year or less, with or without terms, an available sanction in attorney discipline will be discussed by the Virginia State Bar Council at its June 19 meeting. Comments on the proposal are due by May 15.

SOLO & SMALL-FIRM FORUM TO BE HELD MAY 1 IN RICHMOND  — This fast-paced program will include 4.5 hours of continuing legal education on law-practice management topics and a town-hall meeting with Chief Justice Leroy R. Hassell Sr.
