BACIGAL, BARNES HONORED FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO LEGAL PROFESSION — University of Richmond Professor Ronald J. Bacigal has received the 2008 Harry L. Carrico Professionalism Award from the VSB’s Criminal Law Section, and Chesterfield attorney Edward D. Barnes has been named the 2008 recipient of the Family Law Section’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
