Registration is now open for Serious Illness, the Law, and Pro Bono Service, Part 4: Simple Life Planning Documents on Feb 14, 2017. Please register at:
The VSB/LINC Pro Bono Webinar series resumes with this nuts-and-bolts program on drafting simple wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. All adults in Virginia should have these documents, and it is especially important for people who are facing serious illness to have them so that their wishes concerning their medical treatment, handling of finances, and disposition of property are made known to their loved ones.
G. Andrew (Andy) Nea, Pro Bono Partner at Williams Mullen will be the presenter for this webinar, which is approved for 1.5 hours of MCLE credit. There is no cost to attend this program; however, in exchange for the free CLE credits, attendees are asked to certify that they either will accept a pro bono referral from LINC or their local legal aid organization or make a financial donation supporting them.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
