The Task Force on Paragraph 17 proposes that the Virginia State Bar Council be given authority to reject regulatory decisions by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board. The proposal also would increase the number of MCLE Board members required to pass a proposed new rule or amendment. Public comment is solicited through September 15, 2010.
