Mandatory Malpractice Insurance Rule Proposed — Comments on proposed rule changes requiring private practitioners to have malpractice insurance are due by September 26, 2008.
Changes Proposed to Paragraph 13 — The proposed restructuring of Paragraph 13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia will allow users to find disciplinary system procedural rules more quickly. Comments on the recommended changes are due October 3, 2008.
