Courses, Faculty for 2008 Midyear Seminar Posted Online
The Virginia State Bar’s Midyear Legal Seminar — to be held November 14-19, 2008, in Puerto Rico — has posted its continuing legal education schedule for the event.
Courses will include
“Benitz Bluffing and Bashing: Use and Misuse of Civil Sanctions in Light of New Guidance from the Supreme Court of Virginia”; “Family Law Matters: When Family Law Intersects with Other Practice Areas”; and “Upsetting the Apple Cart: The Effect of Spousal Claims and Elections on the Orderly Administration of Estates.”
