Corrections to New Appellate Practice Amendments (Effective July 1, 2010)
Corrections to the Rules of the Virginia Supreme Court Parts 5 and 5A, which govern appellate procedure in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, have been posted on the Virginia’s Judicial System website.
