Comments Invited on Changes to Mediation Rules
The Division of Dispute Resolution Services in the administrative office of the Supreme Court of Virginia is seeking comment on proposed revisions to documents that govern mediation services in Virginia. The division is part of the Court’s Office of the Executive Secretary. The deadline for the comments is September 25, 2009.
