The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit is accepting applications through September 1, 2010, for its CJA Appellate and Capital Appellate Panels, established through its Plan for the Composition and Administration of the CJA Appellate and Capital Appellate Panels.
These documents are available on the court’s website, www.ca4.uscourts.gov under the Appointed Counsel button.
