Dues Delinquency Fees Assessed
Members who did not comply with 2011-12 mandatory membership requirements by July 31, have been assessed fees of $50 per requirement.
Active members and Virginia Corporate Counsel must meet three requirements: payment of annual dues, payment of Clients' Protection Fund assessments, and completion of the professional liability insurance certification. Associate members and corporate counsel registrants must meet one requirement: payment of annual dues.
Late notices will be mailed out in August. Members can renew their memberships and pay late fees with credit cards online by logging in at https://member.vsb.org/vsbportal Or du.es forms can be downloaded from the Member Resources web page and mailed in.
