The following members of the Virginia State Bar were administratively suspended on October 9, 2009, for failure to comply with the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, Part Six, Section IV, Paragraphs 11 and/or 16, 18 19; or the Code of Virginia, Sections 54.1-3912 or 54.1-3913.1. These attorneys were notified of their suspension using their last address of record with the Virginia State Bar; however, in some instances, this has not been effective. To assist the Virginia State Bar in re-establishing contact with these attorneys, anyone having knowledge of the present location and practice status of persons on this list should contact the VSB Membership Department. This list was last updated on February 8, 2010.

The following members of the Virginia State Bar have been suspended for failure to comply with the Mandatory Continuing Education Requirements as prescribed in Part 6, Section IV, Paragraphs 17, 13.2 and/or 19, Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, Organization and Government of the Virginia State Bar. We have attempted to contact these members at their last address listed with the Virginia State Bar; however, in some instances, this may not have been effective. In an effort both to advise the bench and bar of these suspensions, and to establish contact with those persons to whom our notices may not have been delivered, the names of those who have been suspended were published in the Virginia Lawyer Register. Any member knowing the present location and/or practice status of any person on the list should contact the Virginia State Bar as soon as possible.
