Getting Involved
If you are an active or associate Virginia State Bar member in good standing, age 36 and under, or were admitted to the Bar as your initial bar for fewer than three years, you are a member of the Young Lawyers Conference. No additional dues are charged for membership in the YLC.
Why get involved?
Want to get to know other lawyers and have a say in the special interests and concerns of young and new lawyers? YLC functions provide oportunities for young lawyers to meet others in their field, both those just starting out---like yourself---and those who are seasoned in the profession. Moreover, through its many projects, the YLC is a vehicle through which young lawyers can participate in the VSB, serve the profession and the public, and enhance the public awareness of the legal profession.
