Program Chairs
The YLC develops its programs in the areas of service to the bar and service to the public, with an eye toward improving access to justice, the quality of the judicial system and the legal profession. The overall committee structure changes each year by succeeding Presidents, with new programs being regularly added to existing programs in order to address the immediate needs of the profession and the public.
