Ethics of Representing and Opposing the Disabled

 

A lawyer will likely encounter someone with a disability over the course of that lawyer’s career. What is that lawyer’s ethical duty to accommodate such a disability, whether it would be for the client or the opponent? Learn how a lawyer’s ethical duties fit with the accommodations required to assist those with disabilities participate in their cases.
