The Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar concerns itself with all aspects of real estate practice and procedures in the Commonwealth of Virginia and sponsors projects and programs of special interest and relevance to the members of the Section and the Virginia State Bar. The Fee Simple, the Section's newsletter, is published twice each year with timely and educational articles on real estate issues. The section was established in June 1982, and is the third largest section, with over 2,100 members.
