The IP Section was founded in 1970 and serves to enhance communication and the exchange of ideas and information on intellectual property issues which affect the practice of law in Virginia. The Section provides a forum where Section members can share research, source materials, and experiences through CLE programs, publication of its newsletter, and other projects of special interest to members of the Section and the Virginia State Bar.
If you are a member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar or other state bar association and would like to join our Section, please fill out a Membership Application which you can print and send to us.
