The Board wishes to encourage our members to consider writing an article for the newsletter on an environmental case or regulatory issue that may have implications for your fellow environmental practitioners.  "Lessons learned" from such cases or matters can be of real value to others practicing in the field as well as being of genuine interest. In addition to being helpful to your colleagues in the environmental law section, an article may lead to others contacting you because they may associate your name with a similar situation or perhaps realize that you are located in exactly the right part of the state to serve as their local counsel.
