Opening Reception & Special Remarks, Hotel Monaco
On Thursday evening, the Opening Reception will be held in the Courtyard Terrace of the Hotel Monaco. The highlight of the evening will be featured remarks by The Honorable Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Following the reception, group dinners for each class (presidents, presidents-elect, past presidents and executive directors) will take place at local restaurants in Old Town Alexandria. Each group will walk to the designated restaurants from the hotel.

Reception & Dinner, George Washington Masonic Memorial
A reception and dinner will be held at The George Washington Masonic National Memorial on Friday evening. There will be time for private tours to the top of the memorial for breathtaking, panoramic views of Alexandria and Washington, DC.
This magnificent structure was built in the 1920s by the more than two million American Freemasons to honor and perpetuate the memory, character and virtues of the man who best exemplifies what Freemasons are and ought to be, Brother George Washington.
After Dinner Entertainment, The Capitol Steps
Courtesy of FastCase, the group will be entertained by DC's famous Capitol Steps following dinner.
Thirty years of satire! The Capitol Steps summarize three decades of Washington's hottest scandals and headlines in a single musical number.

Private Tour of George Washington's Mount Vernon
The group will enjoy private guided tours of Mount Vernon on Saturday morning. There will be time for visits to the museum and the gift shop.
Mount Vernon is an American landmark and an enduring tribute to the Father of Our Country. One of the nation's most beloved historic sites, it offers a glimpse into 18th-century plantation life through beautiful gardens and grounds, intriguing museum exhibits, and immersive programs honoring George Washington's life and legacy.
Located about 30 minutes south of Alexandria along the banks of the Potomac River, the historic estate includes not only the Mount Vernon Mansion - George and Martha Washington's home - but also a host of colonial era buildings, beautiful gardens, a working distillery and gristmill, and a museum and education center.
Potomac Riverboat Cruise on the Cherry Blossom
On Saturday evening, the group will depart from the Alexandria Dock for a three-hour cruise up the Potomac River on The Cherry Blossom, one of six authentic sternwheelers in the country. A re-creation of a 19th century Victorian riverboat, the Cherry Blossom is designed with ornate iron rails and a plush interior of brass and mahogany for private entertaining.
The evening will include a reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres by a renowned Alexandria caterer and a local jazz quartet onboard. The riverboat will travel up the Potomac River to the 14th Street Bridge, allowing spectacular views of the some of the lighted monuments including the Washington Monument, U.S. Capitol, and the Dome of the Jefferson Memorial.
