Practice
in Virginia by a Foreign Attorney in Association
with a
Virginia-Licensed Attorney.
An
attorney licensed in another jurisdiction may
appear in and conduct a particular case in Virginia
in association with a member of the Virginia State
Bar if like courtesy or privilege is extended
to members of the Virginia State Bar [see Rule
1A:4 of the Rules of the Virginia Supreme Court]
provided however, that such practice is only on
an occasional basis and under the active supervision
of a licensed Virginia attorney. This includes
personal appearances before the Industrial Commission.
