Real Estate Practice by a Foreign Attorney.

On the sale or refinancing of real estate which is located within the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is not the unauthorized practice of law for a non-Virginia licensed attorney to prepare recordable documents, conduct a settlement and render advice on applicable Virginia law, all from his office outside of Virginia.
