Attorneyís Preparation of Closing Forms.

It is not the unauthorized practice of law for an attorney to prepare forms for both parties to the closing of an ongoing business, including preparing escrow agreements, security agreements, notes, and financing statements. Such activities do not contain the vice present in UPL OP. 61, in which the documents were prepared by a non-attorney.
