Preparation
and Completion of Closing Documents.
It
is the unauthorized practice of law for a real
estate settlement service to prepare completed
deeds of trust, deeds of bargain and sale and
deed of trust notes on behalf of a real estate
seller or purchaser even if the documents are
sent subsequently to an attorney for the seller
or purchaser for the attorneys review, final
approval and use at settlement on behalf of the
