Law
Students Representing Patrons of a Legal Aid Society.
It
is not the unauthorized practice of law for a
law student to represent a patron of a legal aid
society under the supervision of a staff attorney
so long as the legal aid society approves the
representation and the local rules of the general
district court before which the student appears
permit such representation. [UPR 1-101(A)(1)]
