Appearance
Before Bankruptcy Court By A Non-Lawyer.
It
is not the unauthorized practice of law for non-lawyers
to appear before a bankruptcy court and request
the abandonment of vehicles. The representation
may not, however, present any legal argument on
the abandonment of the vehicle nor can the non-lawyer
prepare and submit an order or document to be
signed by the bankruptcy judge or trustee.
