Voluntary Association of Churches Providing Funding
For Secretarial Expenses

It is not the unauthorized practice of law for a voluntary association of individual churches to provide funding for the secretarial expenses incurred by duly licensed lawyer members in rendering gratuitous will writing services to other members of the association.
