Hearing
dates and times frequently change as a result of continuances, voluntary
surrenders of licenses, or settlements by means of an agreed disposition. The
Disciplinary Board or a three-judge circuit court panel has the authority to
consider an agreed disposition prior to a trial date. These proceedings are
usually held by telephone conferences and are open to the public.
